Wendy Pirie has extensive training and experience in all aspects of real estate including Residential Resale, Presale, Industrial, Commercial & Investment Properties. Licensed since 1986, when she initially joined her father, at his Vancouver boutique commercial real estate firm. Wendy’s first job was to convince an entire block of homeowners to sell to make way for a potential future shopping centre development. Wendy relished the opportunity in assembling the land right through to selling the site to a commercial developer and being awarded the subsequent leasing of the retail units. She has been hooked on real estate ever since.
Wendy has called the North Shore home since 1965 and can’t imagine a better place to live, work, play and have raised her two sons. Her youngest son Shaun has followed in the family footsteps and Wendy couldn’t be more proud of Shaun's role in becoming the third generation of realtors in the family. Wendy’s clients love the unique advantage they have in being able to draw upon her in-depth knowledge and experience, having lived in a myriad of wonderful neighbourhoods on the North Shore. Her passion for finding her clients their perfect property is fuelled by insights from raising her own family in one of the most beautiful communities in the world.
Since 2006, Wendy has been immersed in presale real estate, having represented a number of Western Canada's most prominent property developer's, managing the sales and marketing of thousands of homes. Wendy's vast experience with high volume sales in ever changing market conditions, is a huge plus to her clients. She has experienced the rise and fall of the real estate market over her 35+ years in the business and genuinely knows how to navigate through these unique times.
